Prices for data recovery services range from $70 for simple on-site recovery, to $280† for extreme cases. For basic recovery we often are able to restore data the same day as scheduled – more complex problems usually take between two and five business days to complete.

  Source Devices and Formats

We can recover data from: IDE, EIDE, and SATA (either internal or external) drives of the following formats:

• Fat 32 / Fat 16 (limited support)
• NTFS (Version 3.0 and up; i.e. Windows XP, Vista)
• Linux File System EXT2, EXT3

  Restrictions and Limitations

Successful recovery of encoded or encrypted files is dependent on the underlying technology as well as the "strength" of the key (password / passphrase) used. We only accept encryption recovery jobs from owners of the source material and even then on a case-by-case basis.

† Recovered data from a failing hard drive is typically supplied on either a replacement drive (additional cost) or on optical media (up to 20 GB included).
